Father Mother God:
Thank you for clearing and cleansing me in the Christ Light, within your limitless healing and transmuting energies. By God's will and for my highest good, I thank you for removing completely all negativity in any form. Impersonally, with neither love nor hate, through the I AM Power, I return all negativity to its source of emanation, with no reversal upon myself, decreeing that is never again be allowed to establish with in me or anyone else. Within the concept of individual free will, may this negative emanation turn to You, for Love. Thank you Father-Mother-god, for placing me within the impenetrable white Christ Light of Protection. SO BE IT |
This week's affirmation is "May Peace Prevail On Earth".
Sit still in a comfortable position. Read the Mantra above. Clear your mind of all thoughts of today's events. Read a selection from an inspirational source (ex.Holy Bible,Awakening to Spirit, etc). State a seed thought or the above affirmation. Remain still after taking 3 deep breaths; then allow normal breathing. Imagine a small white light in your chest area, see that light grow larger to surround your whole body.Ask your Divine Spirit to protect you and guide you to information you need and peace for today.
Should you have a troubling task before you, ask for specific instructions. Sit quietly and await your answer. After 8-10 minutes,bring your awareness back to the room. (Often the answer comes as you go about your day.) Give thanks and close with a reverent juster(ie. clasped hands, sign of the cross).
